SEO Packages (managed services)
Refundable before kickoff. Once strategy work begins, refunds are pro-rated against delivered milestones.
Software & APIs (custom engineering)
Custom engineering is invoiced against milestones. If a milestone is rejected, we revise at no extra cost. Refunds against a fully-delivered milestone are not available, as deliverables (code, designs) are transferred to the client.
Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks are escalated to Stripe and to our US legal counsel. If you have a concern, please contact us first — we respond within one business day and most disputes are resolved without involving payment processors.
How to request a refund

- Briefly describe the reason — this helps us improve.
- Approved refunds are processed by Stripe within 5–10 business days.
