2. What we collect
- Contact information — name, email, optional company, optional project notes — submitted at checkout or via the contact form.
- Payment metadata — order ID, amount, currency, Stripe session and payment intent identifiers. We do not receive raw card numbers.
- Technical data — IP address and user-agent, used for fraud prevention and aggregated analytics.
3. Why we use it
To fulfill orders, deliver receipts, run onboarding, prevent fraud and meet US tax / accounting obligations. We never sell your data.
4. Processors we trust
Stripe Payments (payment processing), our hosting provider (site delivery) and standard transactional email infrastructure. Each processor is bound by their own privacy commitments and US/EU legal frameworks.
5. Retention
Order and invoice records are retained for at least seven years to meet US tax obligations. Contact-form messages are retained for as long as your project is active, then archived.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
The Plus Digital storefront does not use marketing cookies. We use essential cookies only (session and security).
